Ethical Issues Covering International Journal of Educational Benchmark
In managing ethical issues, all applicable international, national, and/or institutional guidelines for the research publication should be strictly adhered to in this journal. Thus, all cited works should be duly referenced, all procedures performed in studies involving human participants should be in accordance with the ethical standards of educational research. Furthermore, informed consent should be obtained from all individual participants involved in a study and the confidentiality of participants should be maintained In this journal, the concern of the subjects to participate in the research work should be sorted for and the subjects should agree freely to participate and withdraw from the study if need be.
The researcher/ authors should not conceal any information from the subjects if such information would not allow the subject to participate in the study. The researcher/authors should ensure that procedure of the research should not cause any physical issue or emotional harms to the respondents as all data gather from the respondents should be treated confidentially without falling into wrong hands. The researcher/ authors should not dishonestly distort any information given by the respondents or subjects. Again, all the data used in data analysis should be from the administered instrument.
Confidentiality of information should be ensured. All information obtained from primary and secondary sources for a study such as data from the various institutions should be treated with utmost confidentiality and used purely for research purposes. All sources of information used in the study should be dully acknowledged using references in order to avoid plagiarism.
